Points<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The implementing of the HACCP is advisable in the sense that it is extremely practical and e\ufb00ective, given that whenever feed quality is<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">solely based on the testing (quality control) of the \ufb01nished product, this will result in the detection<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">of a great many \u201cnon-compliances\u201d, incurring high costs, both for the processing of the \u201cnon-<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">compliant\u201d product and also for the costs incurred by withdrawal and reprocessing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The HACCP system is based on prevention and the immediate consequences of its application is either the elimination of \u201cnon- conformities\u201d, or a reduction to minimum levels. The best way to guarantee that the feed placed in circulation is according to the specifications is to demand the introduction of the HACCP system, which has been mandatory in the European Community since 1st January 2006 (Regulation (EC) n\u00ba 183\/2005).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">For many years at <strong>dex ib\u00e9rica<\/strong> we have been working on the application of the principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points system, which we have not only implemented in our own production processes, but have also collaborated in the introduction of this system at our customer\u2019s factories.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Apart from offering guidance service, with regard to the introduction and bringing on line of the HACCP system, at dex ib\u00e9rica we can also take direct control of microbiological hazards, supervising the control of critical points, running checks on surveillance, calibration and inspection work and, in general, overseeing the application of control measures and corrective actions.
