Acidifying premixtures designed to improve feed digestibility, lowering pH in the digestive tract and compensating for an insufficient secretion of digestive enzymes (as may occur in young animals with a digestive system that is still immature). They also improve the use of nutrients by slowing down the passage of the feed and making it more appetizing.

Gut flora stabilisers

The combination of essential oils (EOs) and organic acids has shown itself to be highly effective for the control of pathogenic intestinal bacteria while, at the same time, favouring beneficial flora (acid lactic bacteria). Moreover, the reduction of pH in the medium, due to the orthophosphoric acid, increases the un-dissociated part of the organic acids and, consequently, their anti-microbial effect.
